I had a friend who was a German chief. He always did his Bratwurst and
knockwurst that way. I learned to do it that way too. He liked to serve it
with hot potato salad and red cabbage. I later came under the sway of some
Minnesotans and started the boil n grill and serve with sauerkraut. I may go
back.
