It is called "Chili Colorado" and it's a red sauce. There are a lot
of recipes on the web. DD's recipe is from Cooking Light and it's
delicious.
I thought her recipe was more complicated, but here's what I found.

Frankly, it looks like my kind of recipe. I'm not adverse to opening
a can to make enchilada sauce.
