Default Stuffed Mushroom Recipe?

It is more than enough. I made some smaller ones just yesterday with
only garlic butter, cream cheese and a tiny bit of parm added. If you
like shooms to begin with, then just a bit of butter would be enough.

I also suffed some jalapenos and anaheims (I think) with the same
stuffing, and topped a few crostini (ok, a sliced baguette from the
store, slices coated with a little oil) with it. Bake at 415 for about
15 minutes, or until crispy. The shrooms and peppers take longer.

It all went very well with chicken fajitas and garlic string beans.
