Interesting concept that solar mill, and one that could be a boon to these
people. I wonder how long it will take PROGRESS to bring local
mega-supermarkets, roads jammed with SUVs (or whatever), and 5 LB sacks of
bleached out vitamin lacking flour to these countries - and these same
people yearn for (imagined) simpler times, and healthier breads.
