Thank you so much for that information. I will install my VOIP stuff
tomorrow. And then try your suggestion after that. It sounds so specific it
just about has to work!

I don't know, either. But it might very well be.

No more AOL for me, after this. I switched ISPs because the previous was
horrifyingly bad. This is better, but not good. It seems to be a very common
problem to have a bad ISP, though. There was a stat in the paper. People
were asked what their 10 biggest aggravations were as consumers. The number
one aggravation was problems when switching ISPs. One in three people said
they'd rahter not switch again because of all the hassle. Another top 10
aggravation was wireless Internet connections. I'm glad mine has wires.
