IIRC, you don't like Brattleboro, and it's not in central VT, but have you
tried the barbeque place there? I can't remember the name but it's closer
to SIT than to downtown and is closed during winter. I'm just wondering how
they would compare. My friends from South (and North) Carolina thought the
Brattleboro one was fine when the craving hit, though was still not quite
real barbeque. (The owners, btw, are SIT alumni--alumnus? I can never
remember which is plural.)
