Re 1 - Next time I come upon one, I'll let you know. Maybe I haven't
been paying attention to the part about crossposting. I'm not up for a
research project right now.

Re 3 - The most likely of the three options. Pfftthhggbbttt!
OB Food: Ham from Kramarczuk's (story posted on my website, link below)
was way too salty!! Holy moley -- in comparison to Ingebretsen's
house-smoked ham -- there's no comparison. What do Scandinavians know
about smoked meat? That's not their thing, is it?
