Pizza up here is sometimes the Greek style with a slightly thicker
crust and prefab feel as opposed to a flat Italian style.
There's the difference between Manhattan and New England clam
chowder.
Lobster rolls can either be warm w/ butter or more often cold
mixed with mayo and sometimes celery.
Clam cakes in Rhode Island aren't like crabcakes, they're a fried
dough ball with minimal bits of clam in it.
A milk shake in Massachusetts has no ice cream, you must order
a frappe. Not sure if it's still as prevelant but I remember
ordering my first milk shake in Boston and being shocked at
what I got.
