Hi,

in memphis you should feel free to be as specific as you want when
ordering a bar-b-que at a real q place.... slaw on the side, sauce on
the side, half chopped/half pulled for example...

and in most of texas bar-b-que is often brisket... I get it sliced
myself and love it.
