I'm not really sure Dean. I'm thinking it is caraway a that's the
flavour I'm getting and the visible seeds appear to be caraway. Yet
there is something else there too that I just can't put my finger on and
unlike the seeds is not readily visible. They don't have this cheese
all the time either which is a pity because it is quite good. I'm going
to ask about the cheese my next trip to the deli. I'd like to see them
carry it all the time.
