Chili powder already has cumin and oregano in it. Don't confuse chili
powder with ground red chile - the two aren't the same thing. If using
ground red chile, then you'd need to add cumin and mexican oregano.

1Tbsp simply isn't enough spice either - bump it up to 2 or 3 Tbsp.
