As I think I said, those who like that stuff are welcome to it!
The "prepared fresh daily" places seem to stay in business but
"include me out" as an Irishman said. Rolls, especially
elaborate ones devised by the sushi chef, are fine as a contrast
but I wouldn't go out of my way for them.
