Another good one is peaches- Melt some unsalted butter and dissolve a
little sugar in the melted butter. Brush peaches (unpeeled, pitted, and
halfed) with the butter/sugar mixture and grill over direct heat, 7-10
minutes, turning occasionally, until slightly browned in spots, and
warmed throughout. Good with vanilla ice cream and a blueberry or
blackberry sauce.
