Anyone have one of these? I just saw a 30" model at a trade show, and I
confess that I am in love. No need for a massive vent-hood, easy to clean,
everything level to slide heavy pots, massive BTU's for boiling, but also
incredible light simmer. Only about 5 inches deep on the countertop
(inset). Needs 50 amps, but that's OK. Any reason I shouldn't take the
plunge (other than the $3600 cost!)?
