I like octopus any way I've ever had it: Italian, Spanish, Mexican, Tako
sushi, Japenese ccoked baby octopus. I don't remember ever having Chinese
octopus, though. Perhaps I'm wrong, but the Chinese seem to use squid much
more often than octopus.

Octopus is perhaps my very favorite food.
