It sounds as though you have a good handle on it, Ranee. Naturally, you
don't want to go too far afield during pregnancy. I do know that pregnant
women can follow Weight Watchers, however their intake is different and the
goal is to avoid gaining an excess of weight, rather than reducing.

is an art.
