Default Rick Bayless, kiss my ass!

I bought his volume 1 dvd video, the first four episodes of Mexico,
One Plate At a Time. Not only were the ingredients not included, the
cooking scenes were totally butchered, cut out completely in some
cases. Here we have fully intact segments of Rick the Dick droning on
and on at length about Aztec architecture and temples and Catholic
churches and the invention of stucco and the chemical break down of
masonary lime yada yada...., but when it comes right down to showing
how to cook/soak the nixtamal, a great Mexican secret claimed to be
revealed on this dvd, we cut to his home kitchen where he recommends
canned hominy.

I've seen the mole episode twice on tv and wanted my own complete
version. No chance. Where he once went on in detail about how to
seed and fry the dried chiles making sure not to burn them and cause
bitterness, and how to fry the whole almonds and raisins to just the
right plumpness, now all three get a 3 sequence shot lasting a total
of about 5 seconds with no information at all. "Fry the chiles,
almonds, and raisins". Next!.... But, he doesn't mind babbling on
about his daughter's birthday party and a buncha other pointless crap.
His dvd videos are a complete rip-off for which you need his book more
than ever. Friggin' crook.

I'd like to boot a big ol' tire treaded size 12 huarache right up his
money grubbin' Mexican lovin' ass!

nb .....grrrrr...
