I'm making a lovely 4-course meal after my BF comes home from work (9
PM, I hate eating late!) along with some champagne and raspberries and
of course luscious desserts that include girlfriend with chocolate
sauce and whipped cream =). (My menu is posted int he thread
"valentines menu decided" if you're interested.)

I will ba making a SEPERATE special dinner (same appitizers, purchased
entree, different salad, differtn soup, same dessert) for my daughter.
She eats at 7, so that gives me 2 hours after she's done to tie up all
the loose ends for my honey. I've got 2 valentines this year! =)

Then on Saturday, my guy's taking us to 'our' restaurant for a nice
luxurious romantic dinner. It's an Italian-European place, and I love
their risottos. Hopefully they'll have either a veggie one (had a great
butternut risotto special there once, wild mushroom another time), or,
more likely for v-day, a seafood one. Last time I had a lobster-shrimp
risotto with peas that was to die for.
