I don't know. I ordered the Ultimate Chopper in mid-July. I got a
confirmation of the order on July 22, and itwas charged to my credit card on
August 8. After three e-mails and two phone calls, I am still waiting. This
time they promised it to me by October 6. If it is not here by then, I will
report it to my credit-card company as a fraudulent transaction.

Incidentally, when I finally got through to a company representative on the
phone, he just looked at my order records and said he would see that the
merchandise was sent out that day--no questions, no indication of why it had
not been sent already. Then he tried to sell me the blender attachment. When
I pointed out that I had ordered that and had been charged for it, his
answer was, "Oh, now I see it here." None of this sounds good to me.

Of course, it is entirely possible that this is a rare mix-up and that the
company is completely reliable. Mistakes do occur, after all. I will just
have to wait and see what happens.
