Friday makes no difference to me. I am retired.

Oh I am sure that slices of life can be interesting. A minute by minute account
of one's day and the big shopping decisions generally aren't worth sharing with
the world.

Well let's see. It's 11 am. I as awakened by a telephone call at 8:45. I laid in
bed and listened to a radio program about the Moslem outrage over Danish cartoons
that pictured a guy named Mohammed. I got up and made some oatmeal for
breakfast. Then I toasted a couple pieces of Italian bread and ate them with
butter and honey. I made myself a latte and sat down to read my email, check out
news groups, read some online newspapers and do the cryptogram and three
crossword puzzles.

In a few minutes I am going to get dressed and go out to run some errands. I have
to go to the liquor store to get some rum for my wife and maybe to the video
store. Then I will go to the Y gym. I will so on the cross trainer for 15-20
minutes, then visit the weight stations on my program. Following that I will walk
a mile, but if there is lane swimming I may go down to the pool and do 1000m.
Then will stop at Tim Hortons for a coffee, read a newspaper and do the crossword
puzzle. The next stop will be the grocery store. I need to get some fresh meat
or fish for tonight, something nice for Sunday, maybe some chicken wings for
Saturday night, and I need some fruit and vegetables.

I can post more when I get back so that you know how I made out.

:-)
