I hate to be argumentative, but this information isn't correct. Cara Cara
navels are all orange, no grapefruit and were first discovered in Venezuela
(at Hacienda Cara Cara), not Texas. From there they were brought to Florida,
then California. The color is similar to that of red grapefruit, but that
isn't because there's any grapefruit in them.
