Here's one I just found, that looks terrific:

French Fries with Truffle Aioli

1 Cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon white truffle oil
salt and pepper

Whisk mayonnaise and truffle oil in small bowl to blend. Season with
salt and pepper. (Can be made 1 day ahead; cover and refrigerate)

(I'm not including the recipe for French fries, just the aioli)
