Planning on having enchiladas Sunday. I have a tortilla press but also
have a brandy new, unused by human hands pasta roller that I got for
Christmas.
So.....I was wondering.
Anyone ever try it?
Biggest concern that I can see is the dough sticking. Always use wax
paper with the tortilla press but doubt that'll work with the pasta roller.
Input???
