Must be.

I thought the pizza fondue would be a good idea. I planned to put it on
the appetizer/snack server - actually a built in non-kitchen island that
can double as a buffet and away from the tv but still in view of the tv.
I know these guys are going to be more demanding so I need to come up
with some nice ideas. One is stuffy to the hilt as in we went to their
house for dinnet - it took a good 6 hours to get through just the
dinner. DH said to just relax and be the normal good host I am. I'm
borrowing ideas from the superbowl party we attended in Vegas but I'm
not going to make an ice sculpture! No way! I like the idea of a
shrimp tray and a cheese & cracker tray *might* be ok? Coming up with
ideas is hard though. The only thing I think will definitely work is
the meatballs served in a bucket. I have really neat football shaped
bowls for snacks. I hate planning these types of events! Especially
this one as I know for a fact there likely won't be a beer drinker
amongst them. One is into herbal teas, the rest are either wine or
cocktail drinkers. You know it really is easier to plan an actual
meal rather than snacks and appetizers!
