Am I wrong in assuming you are thinking of a cheese fondue? Rather than
have that and a number of other dishes, why not have a meat fondue and serve
a variety of sauces with it. Of course, being Superbowl you may have to
worry about alcohol consumption and people frying chunks of meat in hot oil,
slightly more hazardous than hot cheese.
