Molasses Oat Bread
from the ultimate bread machine cookbook

1 cup plus 2 tbl water
2 tbl molasses
1 tsp lemon juice

3 cups bread flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbl dark brown sugar
2 tbl powdered milk
1 tbl butter

2 1/4 tsp yeast

Add things to the bread machine in this order.
Use a light crust.
