Near as I can tell, Anlon's top 3 lines use Dupont's (Meyers Anlon
being a Dupont company) Autograph brand top of the line Teflon
coating. This is a flouropolymer blend and not as durable as
reinforced Teflon coatings like Excalibur, IMNSHO. I'd recommend the
All Clad which uses Excalibur. OTOH, I'm not your wife.
