GFCI aside... those recepticles shouldn't be located directly over the
sink... they need to be moved as far laterally as is feasible, and
still be GFCI. And even then there should be no electrical appliances
located on those shelves, NEVER, and no wires near that sink. That's
definitely an electrocution waiting to happen. One can only imagine
the terlit.
