Mhhh! I keep them separated too! I have also a mix of "american spices";
I miss "Garam Masala" ! Do you buy it or you make it by yourself?
Then there are the various odd ones like a tin of powdered

I miss this too! It is very odd a dried wasabi! I thought it was a creme!
