Agreed. I used to work there, too (not as a pilot, though I _was_
licensed as a flight attendant for a year -- long story). It amazes
me that management thinks it can be "the airline of choice" for
fliers at the same time it's continually kicking their employees in
the butt. Flying on other airlines was an absolute revelation. I
don't want to see NWA disappear, but I have to say they're nothing
to be proud of anymore.
