Thanks Bob for the 14 foods. Yesterday in addition, I got the beans,
salmon, oranges, spinach and tomatoes. Everytime DH gets a hand-full of
walnuts, I have a few, so I get the walnuts.

Broccoli and pumpkin are foods I don't get enough of. Broccoli must be
good because it taste like fish to me, yuk! I think I'll have some tofu
today. Turkey? well, I wonder what about it made the top list instead of
chicken.

Re-looking at the sunflower seeds for the omega 3, I was definitely wrong.
The flax I am using takes care of the omega 3. And I use "coromega" fish oil
every day as well.

You know, I googled these top foods before, but couldn't find them; thanks
for including them.
