Oat bran really does work...
and makes a delicious hot cereal!
It reminds me of cream of wheat with a better texture.
When I was going after lowering cholesterol, I went for oat bran cooked
in water, then I added fresh fat free home made unflavored yogurt to
that with a little Splenda.
It's not bad at all!!!!!
