I need a LOT of lemons, like about 12 of them. I doubt you want to
give up that many.

And yes, I have a preferred recipe, which I haven't actually tried
yet, but I have heard is extremely good. The recipe which I want to
use is from this thread on eGullet. It was also picked up by the LA
Times...
