As usual, after feeding groups for long lunches on Christmas Day and
Boxing Day, I'm still left with substantial smoked ham on the bone.
Great for sandwiches, a bit chopped up in an omelet, another bit
chopped up and added to the bean soup. Anyone got any other ideas for
using up left-over Christmas ham?
