Swedish Meatballs
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 package (6 1/4 ounce) Stove Top Stuffing
Mix for Beef.
2 eggs, lightly beaten.
1 small onion, finely chopped.
1 jar (12 ounces) beef gravy
1 cup Breakstone's Sour Cream
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix meat, stuffing mix,
eggs, onion, and 1 1/4 cups water. Shape into 32 meatballs,
each about 1 inch in diameter. Place in a 2 foil-lined 13x9
inch baking pans. Bake for 20 minutes.
Mix beef gravy and sour cream in large saucepan. Add
meatballs; mix lightly. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Makes 8 servings. 4 meatballs each.
