Haven't tried the proscuitto, but I've tried other good, thin-sliced ham
draped over melon and it was very good. Haven't tried the onion. My
favorite is a sprinkling of Tony Chachere's, a creole seasoning with
salt, red pepper, garlic and other spices. Chili powder works also,
although chile powder with a little salt might be better.
