I bought a bottle of sherry to make a recipe of Aahz's, and it turns
out to be the first alcohol I've ever cooked with that I didn't hate.
I was surprised. I can taste it, but I don't mind it, which is so not
the case with every other recipe I've ever tasted with alcohol in it.
