Default more comfort food

Sauteed a sliced onion, two ribs of celery (sliced), and a half pound
of sliced mushrooms in butter. When most of the moisture was gone,
added a good amount of sherry and some evaporated milk (didn't have
any cream). Cooked it down a little bit and added it to some lean
browned ground beef, thinly sliced potatoes, and salt and pepper.
Popped it all into a casserole dish, dusted with paprika, and baked at
375 for I dunno, 45 minutes? Anyway, major comfort food -- like the
Hamburger Helper my mom used to make, but better.
