Mandarin Orange-Pineapple Salad
8 oz cottage cheese, small curd
12 oz orange Jell-o
1 can Mandarin oranges, (drained)
1 med can crushed pineapples, (drained)
1 large bowl Cool Whip
Combine cottage cheese, Jell-O, oranges, and pineapple. Let stand until
Jell-o dissolves, stirring occasionally. Fold in whipped topping.
Refrigerate for two hours.
