Thanks for this recipe. It looks so straightforward, not like some others
I've seen and quickly disregard; consequently I've never made it. Even I
can make this. And I would tonight as I have everything on hand. But alas
I'm having baked chili rellenos and separately red beans with chipotle, and
avocado, plus leftover veggies from last night's dinner. I have to use up 3
poblanos. Dinner is not the time to eat heavy, but --
