More thoughts on those meatballs ( meatball tomato sauce)

In place of the sauce you don't like, I think a variety of other sauces
would work. I posted some barbecue sauce recipes which I think would work,
but here are some other ideas:
fruity mustard-based sauce
mild Jamaican jerk sauce
cheese sauce
maybe even Nancy's infamous mixture of chili sauce and grape jelly
....and here are some things I think would NOT work:
Gravy, either brown or white
Italian-style tomato sauce
