I've lived with IBS now since I was 12 years old.

That's 31 years. :-)

Sometimes I just eat stuff I'm not supposed to (like pizza) and just
drink 1/2 bottle of Magnesium citrate to "clear it out" in a hurry.

Works for me......

Especially when I do chinese pigout. <lol>

Give it a try. It settles the stomach and prevents those horrible, gawd
awful 10 on the Richter scale colon cramps!

Just be near a commode 1/2 to 2 hours after you drink it. <G>
