Maybe you should give it a try with minute tapioca. You can put the tapioca,
sugar milk and egg in a sauce pan and let it sit for 10 -15 minutes then cook
it for 15.... has to be stirred . It is pretty good though IMO, not as good
as pearl tapioca.
