Hi. I'm looking for a recipe for Guatemalan tongue recipe. It's
tongue with lots of vegetables, and the recipe is in Copeland Marks'
book False Tongues and Sunday Bread, which I own, but don't have
access to as I am travelling. If anyone can provide the recipe, I'd
be most grateful.
thanks,
Fay

Subject: A Brazilian recipe?

I share the group's recipes with a friend of mine who is currently living
in
Germany. In the course of her travels for work, she was down in Brazil
for
several months last year and developed a taste for several Brazilian
dishes,
with one being, "Brazilian Grilled chicken hearts like they serve at the
churrascia."
We've both looked around on the net for these and haven't been able to
find
anything like this? Would someone perhaps have a recipe or be
able to point us to a Brazilian recipes source?
Thanks and happy cooking - Ed
