I peeled and diced half of it and it's staming right now. I'm gonna add
S&P, butter, red pepper flakes, and a little nutmeg. No one else in the
family is brave enough to taste it.

I tried a piece raw and it wasn't bad. Probably be good sliced thin and
salted, with beer of course.
