Forget the tacos, tamales, enchiladas and burritos. Who hasn't eaten
all that snack stuff? If you want that sort of thing, just car pool
over to Taco Hell.

Try making chili colorado, birria de chivo, mole poblano, pozole,
cochinita pibil, or costillas de puerco for a real sit down meal.
