I like to do turkey enchiladas, turkey quesadillas (sp?), turkey soup,
turkey divan wrapped in crepes, turkey in green salad, turkey sandwiches,
(never made it) Jill's Turkey Cottage Pie, turkey omelettes, cubed turkey &
green beans with almonds, gosh.......... I didn't realize how much I
utilized left over turkey! LOL.
