There is only one way to use leftover turkey. Any other way and you'll be
kicked out of the country:

- Two slices of white bread

- Miracle Whip (if you use mayonnaise you'll go to hell)

- Sliced tomato (optional)

- Lettuce (optional)

- Too much Tobasco (there's no way to get around this essential ingredient)

- A couple 4 slices of turkey

Build your sandwich. Eat it standing up. Sneak a second one while
everyone else is racked out in the living room complaining about how much
they ate.
