We eat very little turkey and cook it rarely more than twice a year. Since
I'm not overly fond of it, I find that making a turkey curry nicely
overshadows the "past day 1" flavor I don't like. It makes quite a good
curry. Friends served turkey divan a while back and it was very tasty. I
don't think it was made from leftover turkey, but it certainly could be.
