BEEEEEP! Wrong answer. The IP is linked to an individual, but I
don't believe John Q. Public can get thatspecific info. Could be
wrong on that.
People can have IPs that change every time they log on (usually with
modem users), or they can have an IP that stays with them.
I'm tired. Maybe someone can elaborate on this while I go put away my
groceries.
